Hello everyone,
Heres a early Easter design. Above is a large bunny designed to be really simple to sew with only a few colours for those who like to fill in large gaps.
Below is a smaller version of the design to use for cards or other smaller decorations.

I think that this bunny design could be used not only for Easter though. Wouldn't it look very cute as a pillow for someone who loves pink or rabbits or both?
I can't wait for this years Easter egg hunt, though this year my Dad has two adorable but very excitable border collie puppies who will no doubt join in the fun. So we won't be hiding the chocolate around the place in case the puppies decide to have a snack but tokens for the kids to swap for chocolate when the hunt is over. This means we can add all the tokens into a group pile and ensure that everyone gets the same amount of sweets. We don't want one very good Easter egg hunter taking all of the sweets for themselves and leaving none for everyone else.

This year Uncle Charlie wants to make sure that the Easter Bunny itself comes to visit. I'm not sure how he is going to pull this one off especially with several excited kids looking for it very closely. I'll update when I get him to spill the beans (or should that be jelly beans) on how hes going to give the bunny an appearance. :)

This design was drawn originally with Anchor colours in my cross stitch design program. Use Anchor threads to get the closest match to the picture. I used a conversion chart to get the DMC numbers.

Please let me know if any colours are off and I will amend them in the chart.

This is a cross stitch design of the Pokemon Girafarig. This is a cute normal/psychic type with a very strange tail. I can't help thinking that the second head on the tail looks a little bit like a Chain Chomp from the Mario games. Though I have figured that it may be based a little on a Pushmi-Pullu due to its two heads or that the second head on the tail is a bit of a distraction tactic for this Pokemon making enemies unsure exactly how many opponents they are about to face.

Twilight sparkle from Equestria Girls cross stitch design

Twilight sparkle from Equestria Girls cross stitch design

This is a cross stitch design of Twilight sparkle in her dress for the Fall formal in Equestria Girls,
Doesn't she look so pretty in this dress? I was expecting twilight to have something a little more conservative perhaps a longer skirt or something covering the shoulders but still the colour scheme is fitting and the ruffles on the skirt area gives the dress a nice shape.

I must admit I have just brought the Equestria Girls Twilight Sparkle Doll and Pony set. I promised myself I wasn't going to buy any of these larger dolls but seriously look at the Pony that comes with it. Its such a lovely variation of Twilight in her princess form and I wasn't able to find it separately. But you know the doll itself grew on me after it was sat on my display shelf for a little while. The outfit doesn't look anything like the outfits she wears in the film but it is still quite pretty. This is the first time I had actually considered making my London Expo cosplay outfit based on a doll version of a character. I don't think I could pull off the fall formal outfit (too short for my tastes) the dolls tartan skirt is really pretty and I can make it longer due to the cute pink underskirt.
Not sure I could go with this idea though. I mean who would even recognize the cosplay?

Twilight Sparkle and characters from Equestria Girls and My little Pony: Friendship is Magic belong to Hasbro. This is fan art for other cross stitching fans of the show to share.I claim no rights to the character.
