This is one of my favourite Fluttershy designs, she looks so adorable in green and its nice once in a while to see her with her hair up like this. Even though her hair still has the signature curl and yes still does cover her eyes somewhat it looks a little more grown up and sophisticated in a bun like this.
Fluttershy is wearing an earring here, I have noticed that only once in a while are earrings seen on Ponies in the show. Are they not fashionable to wear? Or a little too ornate so saved only for special occasions. Or perhaps just a little difficult to take on and off with hooves so not really for daily use.

This is a small design of Fluttershy, the hair is based a little off a wonderful style she sports in 'Green isn't your Colour' during her short lived modelling career.
The dress however is not based on any particular outfit from the show. I just wanted to see what Fluttershy would look like in a fancy dress which was a similar colour as her hair with highlights the colour of her eyes. I don't think the amount of pink is too much in this picture but if you want to change the colour or pattern of the dress check out the 'Used in these areas' Column of the colour table to double check which colours to change out if you want to follow my design. Alterniately take this design as a base and draw your own dress over the top. If you do I'd love to see what you come up with. Feel free to pop me a link in the comments and I'll go and take a peek. :)

I think next time I'd like to design Fluttershy a more flowing dress, perhaps in a soft shade of green. I think the various green dresses we have seen Fluttershy in just suits her so much. I'm not even sure why because I'd have never previously throught that pink and green would look good together.

This is a cross stitch design of Fluttershy after her transformation into 'Flutterbat' In the episode Bats!
Isn't she just a little scary in this episode? I had actually completed this design only a few hours after watching the episode but chose not to post it right away to avoid spoliers for anyone who hasn't seen it.
There are a couple more scenes of Flutterbat I'd love to make designs for but they are just a little more complicated so those shall have to wait until I have the time to do them justice.

Equestria girls - Fluttershy cross stitch design

This is a cross stitch design of Fluttershy in her Fall Formal outfit featured in the Equestria girls movie.
The hardest bit of this outfit to sketch was her shoes. I do wonder why on each character it seems that the boots are the most detailed item they have. But I suppose each character in this world has quite large shoes they must be a important feature of the characters design.

I have been checking out the dolls for Equestria girls and I am not sure what to make of them.
The dolls have the pony ears and long piece of hair which is shown in the transformation sequence but the clothing the doll has is not very much like any of the outfits seen in the movie. This is a shame really because the Fall Formal outfits are all quite pretty.

However each doll does have a few outfits to choose from. For Fluttershy the basic doll has a cute blue miniskirt with butterfly patterns while the deluxe version has a choice of two party dresses. I must admit the blue off the shoulder dress is something I might wear myself (should it ever come in human size that is)

This is a cross stitch design of a very cute filly Fluttershy. This is based off her suprise at finding the ground is such a nice place to be and that she loves all the animals that live there. I think this will be a wonderful design to cross stitch, certainly Fluttershy has a bright smile here witch is a little infectious.

This design is cushion sized and if made into a cushion may look brilliant with some pink or yellow backing fabric to match Fluttershys own colours. Or if you want to make this into a framed picture a border fill of cheery and bright butterflies would fit this scene very well.

My little Pony Cutie Mark cross stitch designs 2

This is Twilight Sparkle's Cutie mark design in cross stitch. I used a bold font for her because it remided me of old history books. Perhaps Like the old dusty Books that Twilight herself likes to read.
This picture has whole stitches only. I normally would not have a block if colour in a design but Twilights cutie mark his white sections witch do not show up on white aida. If you wanted to reduce the amount of stitches you need to sew you could do the smaller stars in a slightly off white colour or give them a small outline of purple.

Fluttershy's Cutie mark cross stitch design. This one is super simple because the butterflies only need two colours. I drew her name in a hand writing style. The writing is a little elegant and perhaps a little rushed just as I imagine Fluttershy's own hoofwriting to be. Shes probably quite neat but also rushed by looking after so many animals that she doesn't have the time to make it super tidy.

Rainbow Dash Cutie Mark design. I included a font which looks a little like it should be on the back of a collage sport shirt. Since if Rainbow dash was a human who could argue that she would be in a sports team. Plus of course its rainbow coloured.

If you want to make this design simpler you can change all of the rainbow colours just for the same blue, red and yellow included in her cutie mark itself
